Right after high school, Patrick decided to join the U.S. marines where he became obsessed with physical training. This led to his curiosity of muscles and wanting to learn exactly which muscles did what. Patrick's belief was that if he gained this knowledge, his performance out on the track/field could be much better. After his contract was up he got his associates degree in liberal arts, but still stuck with his muscle fascination and decided to get certified in massage therapy. Patrick graduated from the Salter school in Malden, MA with honors, and was selected by the director to run the massage clinic. He is now certified in performing CPR, myofascial release, trigger points, reflexology, prenatal, ear candling, sports massage stretches, deep tissue and relaxation massage. Volunteering as a massage therapist for the participants at the MS challenge walk was a great experience for him. Patrick said, " It was nice to be a difference maker and I wouldn't trade that for the world.."
