No Show and Late Cancellation Policy
- We require a 24-hour cancellation notice.
- A No Show or Cancellation within the 24-hour period will be charged $25.00.
- If you held the appointment with a gift certificate or voucher, the certificate or voucher will be forfeit as an option to paying $25.00.
Late Arrival Policy
Late arrivals are not granted time extensions but will receive the remainder of their scheduled session and full session price will be due.
