SUGAR Cravings WORKSHOP
This workshop is for everyone, no matter what level of health you are at; we will discuss the importance of knowing how sugar digests in your body and how to reduce your cravings.

Do you want to learn about healthy alternatives to improve your health and energy?
Find out how to reduce your sugar cravings and to eat sweet foods in enjoyable ways without affecting your weight, health or energy in this 45 minute workshop. We will explore the effects of sugar on the body and you will gain a greater understanding of:
- why we crave sweets
- how sugar decreases our energy
- the cycle of sugar addiction
- why we overindulge in sweet foods
- what alternate sweeteners exist

This workshop is hosted by Nicolle Swenson Duggan. She is a board certified Nutritional Health Counselor and certified member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and received her training to practice Nutritional Health Counseling from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and Columbia University in New York.
