Appointments

We require a 24-hour cancellation notice. No Show No Call will be charged at the full price of the service. Same day cancellation will be charged at 50% of the service

Late arrivals are not granted time extensions but will receive the remainder of their scheduled session and full session price will be due.

Before your first session, or if you haven’t visited us in a while, you will be asked to fill out a Client Information Sheet. Please arrive 15-20 minuets early.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to use the restroom and ensure adequate time for us to discuss any changes in your health or medical status.

Payment

We require a credit card to reserve an appointment spot for first time guests. You may pay for your service with a different method when you arrive.

Although not required, gratuities are gratefully accepted at your discretion, and are customarily 15% to 20%.

Privacy/Misconduct

Client privacy and modesty will be respected at all times.

All information gathered during the intake or the massage is kept strictly confidential.

Proper draping will be used during the entire massage.

Both therapist and clients are required to follow proper hygiene etiquette. It is advised that clients shower before the massage.

Minors (under 18) will be treated with signed parental/guardian permission only. Parents or guardians of minors have the right to be present in the room, during the treatment if they so choose.

Right of Refusal

Unless prohibited by law, we retain the right to refuse to treat any person or part of the body at our discretion. We maintain the right to refuse to treat any person in order to protect the mental, physical, emotional and professional boundaries and safety of the practitioner.
